Custom Order Rules

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These rules explain the normal workflow for custom coins, challenge coins, keychains, medals, pins, metal gifts, and 925 sterling silver jewelry supplied by Zincustomized. The final quotation and written project confirmation control if they contain product-specific terms.

1. Enquiry and quotation

Send your artwork, sketch, logo, reference image, product type, estimated quantity, size, material, finish, colors, attachment, packaging, destination, and target date. We review the request and provide a quotation based on the information available. A quote may change if specifications, quantity, shipping, compliance needs, or artwork complexity changes.

2. Artwork and proof approval

We may prepare a digital proof or production drawing. The buyer is responsible for checking spelling, dimensions, logo ownership, colors, front and back details, edge treatment, plating, attachment, packaging, and quantity. Production should not begin until the buyer gives written approval. A digital proof is a design reference and may not show exact physical color or surface texture.

3. Tooling, samples, and production

Some die-cast, stamped, engraved, or multi-part products require tooling or a sample. Tooling, sampling, revisions, and rush production may be charged according to the quotation. Once approved production begins, cancellation or design changes may not be possible without covering completed work, materials, tooling, and reasonable production costs.

4. Quantity and tolerances

Custom manufacturing may involve reasonable quantity, dimension, weight, plating, color, and finish tolerances. Zinc alloy, stainless steel, copper, silver, enamel, epoxy, and plating each behave differently in production. Exact tolerances should be agreed in writing for projects where they are commercially important.

5. Ownership and compliance

The buyer confirms that submitted logos, artwork, names, insignia, and designs may be used for the requested project. The buyer must not request counterfeit currency, unlawful replicas, or content that infringes third-party rights. Custom non-currency coins must be presented and sold as products or medallions, not as legal tender. We may decline a request that presents legal, safety, or intellectual-property risk.

6. Communication

For a quote or specification review, use WhatsApp or email liam@zincustomized.com. The project is not confirmed until the commercial terms and proof are approved in writing.
